This unique Expedition Edu tour lets high school students choose their own path. Water polo players join elite training and competitive matches in Croatia — one of Europe’s sporting hotspots — while non-sport students embark on a parallel adventure and cultural journey through the same stunning destinations. Everyone travels together, creating a shared experience that blends sport, culture and discovery.
For Water Polo Students
Train, compete and explore on the Adriatic coast. Students improve their water polo skills with professional coaches, play competitive matches against local teams and experience life in Split, Omiš and the Dalmatian islands. Between training sessions they’ll enjoy beaches, canyoning, kayaking and immersive history.

Daily training at Mornar outdoor pool in Split
Competitive games and scrimmages with Croatian teams
Guided tours of Split, Stari Grad and Omiš
Canyoning and rafting the Cetina River
Pirate-themed voyage to Brač Island
Relaxation days on Croatia’s famous beaches
For Non-Sport Students (Adventure Tour)
While the athletes train, non-sport students take part in an immersive adventure and cultural programme. They’ll explore Roman palaces, medieval towns, sea caves and national parks, and join in on shared activities like kayaking, island trips and beach days.
Highlights include:
Exploring Diocletian’s Palace, Trogir and Vranjača Cave
Rafting and canyoning through Croatia’s spectacular river valleys
Sailing to Brač Island for a pirate-themed day trip
Hiking Marjan Hill and visiting Klis Fortress (Game of Thrones filming location)
Discovering waterfalls at Krka National Park
Kayaking, swimming and beach time
